What You will Be Doing:
- Hands-On Work: Operate machinery, manage materials, concrete, and steel, and assist with loading/unloading trucks.
- Site Cleanliness: Keep work areas safe and tidy by clearing debris and organizing the site.
- Support Your Team: Assist tradespeople to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Tool & Transport: Safely move materials and manage basic power tools.
- Physical Tasks: Engage in manual labour and help set up temporary structures.
- Safety Focus: Report any safety concerns or equipment issues immediately.
What We are Looking For:
- Reliable: Consistency and dependability are key.
- Positive Attitude: A commitment to our on-site drug and alcohol policies and a proactive approach to work.
- Construction Experience: Prior experience with tools or labouring on construction sites is a plus.
