The Labour Supply Co has access to both the local and international markets, and we are currently running at a 98% attendance rate.

Your temporary staff member will be charged per hour they work for you, they will submit a weekly timesheet which our accounts team will process and send you out weekly invoices to make it easier to reconcile.

The minimum timeframe is 4 hours; to be fair to the candidate it needs to be worth their time getting ready, driving to the site and driving home.

Yes, we conduct pre-employment tests, relevant courses, and drug tests on request to ensure all candidates meet the required standards and are fully prepared for your job.

Yes, we provide employees with their own PPE, ensuring they're fully equipped and ready to start the job safely from day one. The only exceptions to this would be specialised work that might need specialised PPE, which generally the client supplies.

Yes, The Labour Supply Co provides recruitment services nationwide, so we can help businesses across New Zealand, not just in Auckland.

While we cant provide legal advice, but we are active in the immigration sector so we can help you with our knowledge from our own experiences and process with INZ. We also partner with immigration advisors who can provide the technical support if needed.

The Labour Supply Co aims to prevent disputes between employers and employees by ensuring that both parties are clear on their rights and responsibilities. However, if there is a dispute for whatever reason, then the process is to raise this with LSC and our management team will take both sides into consideration and seek a solution that creates a win-win for both parties, and quickly. We pride ourselves on our prompt resolution to tricky situations that may come up, but in all honesty it doesn’t happen often.
