Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Carpenters to join our team and contribute to our client’s various construction projects. The successful candidates will have a passion for their craft, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a team-based environment. As a Carpenter with The Labour Supply, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of construction projects, from residential to commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry work, including framing, installation, finishing and repairs.
- Read an interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Any other construction based labouring tasks could be required during quieter periods of
work
Experience
- 1 year proven experience as a Carpenter desirable
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
